1. BASE RAIL
The trolley beams sit on the base rail when the Maxi Loda is functioning. Pallets are loaded onto them and they are moved backward and forward in the trailer body.
2. SAFETY STATION
The safety station acts as a safeguard to halt the trolley beam when assembling the trolleys or to rest the trolley beam when disassembling.
3. STORAGE RAIL
The storage rail is where the trolley beams are stored when the MaxiLoda is not in use, or when only some beams are required.
4. TROLLEYS IN LOADED POSITION
The trolley beams are assembled into the loaded position by joining one beam to another with a bracing bar. They are then a functioning trolley on the base rail.
5. TROLLEYS IN STORAGE POSITION
The trolleys are disassembled and moved back into the storage position as individual trolley beams. When all the beams are not in use the trailer body is free of obstruction.
HOW MUCH SPACE?
You can literally double the number of pallets you can safely load because the top layer sits on rails above the bottom layer, and because the structure of the MaxiLoda is smaller than other double loaders it means you can carry more pallets.
WHATS INVOLVED?
The MaxiLoda is simple to assemble and disassemble. One man can easily handle the 8kg beams and it does not require any special tools. This guarantees faster loading and unloading times.
IS IT SAFE?
The beams of the MaxiLoda are fully enclosed by the track which is securely attached to the wall of the trailer. Since the beams are stored in the ceiling, there is no need to detach and store them separately. This means the beams can safely and securely be assembled and disassembled. The trolleys are positively locked into place before transport.
DO I NEED A LOADING DOCK?
With the aid of a forklift and a pallet jack, one man can load and unload the trailer without a loading dock.
NEW OR RETROFIT?
The modular design of the MaxiLoda system means it can be installed in brand new trucks for your fleet or retrofitted into existing trailer bodies.
